The plan shall include specifications for the location, construction, and administration of the site and criteria for displaying commemorative works at the site.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id38c96e53-56ae-11e3-9436-86e561d18d41\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t40/s8907/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><heading> <inline class=\"small-caps\">Risk and Agreement To Indemnify</inline>.—</heading><content>A commemorative work displayed at the site shall be installed, maintained, and removed at the sole expense and risk of the person authorized to display the work.
