Such model statute shall provide that—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f22650b-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s10005/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> it shall be unlawful in a State for individuals to perform radiologic procedures unless such individuals are certified by the State to perform such procedures; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f22650c-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s10005/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> any educational requirements for certification of individuals to perform radiologic procedures shall be limited to educational programs accredited by the State.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id8f22650d-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/97/35/tIX/s980\">Pub.
