§ 11318. Authorization of appropriations

There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subchapter $3,000,000 for fiscal year 2010 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 2011. Any amounts appropriated to carry out this subchapter shall remain available until expended.

L. 102–550, title XIV, § 1421, Oct. 28, 1992, 106 Stat. 4043, which authorized appropriations for fiscal years 1993 and 1994, was repealed by Pub. L. 111–22, div. B, § 1004(a)(6), (b), May 20, 2009, 123 Stat. 1668, effective on, and applicable beginning on, May 20, 2009.
