<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0b3f5cd6-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><chapeau> the term “drug” means—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id0b3f5cd7-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/4/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> a beverage containing alcohol,</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id0b3f5cd8-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/4/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> a controlled substance, or</content>
</subparagraph>
<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="id0b3f5cd9-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/4/C"><num value="C">(C)</num><content> a controlled substance analogue,</content>
</subparagraph>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0b3f5cda-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/5"><num value="5">(5)</num><content> the term “Director” means the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service,</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0b3f5cdb-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/6"><num value="6">(6)</num><content> the term “illicit” means unlawful or injurious,</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id0b3f5cdc-80bc-11ea-808b-a3be13bc391b" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11851/7"><num value="7">(7)</num><content> the term “institution of higher education” has the meaning given it in <ref href="/us/usc/t20/s1001">section 1001 of title 20</ref>,</content>
