<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">For the purposes of this subchapter:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="idd8b8313e-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> Controlled substance</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “controlled substance” has the meaning given such term in <ref href="/us/usc/t21/s802">section 802 of title 21</ref>.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="idd8b8313f-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/2"><num value="2" class="bold">(2)</num><heading class="bold"> Drug-related crime</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “drug-related crime” means the illegal manufacture, sale, distribution, use, or possession with intent to manufacture, sell, distribute, or use a controlled substance.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="idd8b83140-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/3"><num value="3" class="bold">(3)</num><heading class="bold"> Secretary</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="idd8b83141-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/4"><num value="4" class="bold">(4)</num><heading class="bold"> Federally assisted low-income housing</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “federally assisted low-income housing” means housing assisted under—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idd8b83142-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/4/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> section 1715<i>l</i>(d)(3), section 1715<i>l</i>(d)(4), or 1715z–1 of title 12;</content>

<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idd8b83143-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s11905/4/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> <ref href="/us/usc/t12/s1701s">section 1701s of title 12</ref>; or</content>
