<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idd8bf5d38-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12211/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Certain conditions</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Under this chapter, the term “disability” shall not include—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idd8bf5d39-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12211/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> transvestism, transsexualism, pedophilia, exhibitionism, voyeurism, gender identity disorders not resulting from physical impairments, or other sexual behavior disorders;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idd8bf5d3a-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12211/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> compulsive gambling, kleptomania, or pyromania; or</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idd8bf5d3b-406b-11eb-bd25-fd7436c081d8" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12211/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> psychoactive substance use disorders resulting from current illegal use of drugs.</content>
