<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id8f7567ab-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632"><num value="12632">§ 12632.</num><heading> Reports</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567ac-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> State reports</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567ad-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/a/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">Each State receiving assistance under this subchapter shall prepare and submit, to the Corporation, an annual report concerning the use of assistance provided under this subchapter and the status of the national and community service programs that receive assistance under such subchapter in such State.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567ae-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/a/2"><num value="2" class="bold">(2)</num><heading class="bold"> Local grantees</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">Each State may require local grantees that receive assistance under this subchapter to supply such information to the State as is necessary to enable the State to complete the report required under paragraph (1), including a comparison of actual accomplishments with the goals established for the program, the number of participants in the program, the number of service hours generated, and the existence of any problems, delays or adverse conditions that have affected or will affect the attainment of program goals.</p>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567af-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/a/3"><num value="3" class="bold">(3)</num><heading class="bold"> Report demonstrating compliance</heading><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I18" class="indent4 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567b0-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/a/3/A"><num value="A" class="bold">(A)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2">Each State receiving assistance under this subchapter shall include information in the report required under paragraph (1) that demonstrates the compliance of the State with the provisions of this chapter, including <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s12637">section 12637 of this title</ref>.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567b3-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Report to Congress by Corporation</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7567b4-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12632/b/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">Not later than 120 days after the end of each fiscal year, the Corporation shall prepare and submit, to the authorizing committees, the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives, and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate, a report concerning the programs that receive assistance under the national service laws.</p>
