Such strategy shall include—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f789b7e-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s12642/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> a review of existing programs to identify and expand the opportunities for such employees to be adult volunteers in schools and for students and out-of-school youth;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f789b7f-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s12642/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> the designation of a senior official in each such agency and department who will be responsible for establishing partnership and youth service programs in each such agency and department and for developing partnership and youth service programs;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f789b80-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s12642/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> the encouragement of employees of such agencies and departments to participate in partnership programs and other service projects;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f789b81-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s12642/4\"><num value=\"4\">(4)</num><content> the annual recognition of outstanding service programs operated by Federal agencies; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8f789b82-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s12642/5\"><num value=\"5\">(5)</num><content> the encouragement of businesses and professional firms to include community service among the factors considered in making hiring, compensation, and promotion decisions.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id8f789b83-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/101/610/tI/s182\">Pub.
