<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id8f7b3368-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s12651c/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Compensation</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Chief Executive Officer shall be compensated at the rate provided for level III of the Executive Schedule under <ref href="/us/usc/t5/s5314">section 5314 of title 5</ref>, plus 3 percent.</p>
