L. 103–120</ref> substituted “$25,000,000 for fiscal year 1994” for “$14,000,000 for fiscal year 1994” in par. (1) and “$22,000,000 for fiscal year 1994” for “$11,000,000 for fiscal year 1994” in par. (2).</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">1992—<ref href=\"/us/pl/102/550\">Pub. L. 102–550</ref> amended section generally.
