Amounts authorized or otherwise made available for program direction, space reactor power systems, advanced radioisotope power systems, and the space exploration initiative under nuclear energy research and development shall be in addition to the amounts authorized in the preceding sentence.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id8fa55099-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/102/486/tXXI/s2126\">Pub.
