<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="ida73e30c7-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f"><num value="1383f">§ 1383f.</num><heading> Annual report on program</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida73e30c8-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than May 30 of each year, the Commissioner of Social Security shall prepare and deliver a report annually to the President and the Congress regarding the program under this subchapter, including—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30c9-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> a comprehensive description of the program;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30ca-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> historical and current data on allowances and denials, including number of applications and allowance rates for initial determinations, reconsideration determinations, administrative law judge hearings, appeals council reviews, and Federal court decisions;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30cb-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> historical and current data on characteristics of recipients and program costs, by recipient group (aged, blind, disabled adults, and disabled children);</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30cc-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> historical and current data on prior enrollment by recipients in public benefit programs, including State programs funded under part A of subchapter IV of this chapter and State general assistance programs;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30cd-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/5"><num value="5">(5)</num><content> projections of future number of recipients and program costs, through at least 25 years;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e30ce-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/6"><num value="6">(6)</num><content> number of redeterminations and continuing disability reviews, and the outcomes of such redeterminations and reviews;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57df-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/7"><num value="7">(7)</num><content> data on the utilization of work incentives;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57e0-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/8"><num value="8">(8)</num><content> detailed information on administrative and other program operation costs;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57e1-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/9"><num value="9">(9)</num><content> summaries of relevant research undertaken by the Social Security Administration, or by other researchers;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57e2-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/10"><num value="10">(10)</num><content> State supplementation program operations;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57e3-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/11"><num value="11">(11)</num><content> a historical summary of statutory changes to this subchapter; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida73e57e4-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/a/12"><num value="12">(12)</num><content> such other information as the Commissioner deems useful.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida73e57e5-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1383f/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Views of individual members of Social Security Advisory Board</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Each member of the Social Security Advisory Board shall be permitted to provide an individual report, or a joint report if agreed, of views of the program under this subchapter, to be included in the annual report required under this section.</p>
