<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida99407b9-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1437aaa/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> implementation grants to carry out homeownership programs in accordance with this subchapter.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida9942eca-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s1437aaa/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Authority to reserve housing assistance</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In connection with a grant under this subchapter, the Secretary may reserve authority to provide assistance under <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s1437f">section 1437f of this title</ref> to the extent necessary to provide replacement housing and rental assistance for a nonpurchasing tenant who resides in the project on the date the Secretary approves the application for an implementation grant, for use by the tenant in another project.</p>
