<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id2e54e9aa-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s15203"><num value="15203">§ 15203.</num><heading> Board personnel matters</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id2e54e9ab-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s15203/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Compensation of members</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id2e54e9ac-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s15203/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> Except as provided in paragraph (2), each member of the Board shall be compensated at a rate equal to the daily equivalent of the annual rate of basic pay prescribed for level IV of the Executive Schedule under <ref href="/us/usc/t5/s5315">section 5315 of title 5</ref> for each day (including travel time) during which such member is engaged in the performance of the duties of the Board.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0" id="id2e54e9ad-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s15203/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> All members of the Board who serve as officers or employees of the United States, a State, or a local government, shall serve without compensation in addition to that received for those services.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id2e54e9ae-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s15203/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Travel expenses</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The members of the Board shall be allowed travel expenses, including per diem in lieu of subsistence, at rates authorized for employees of agencies under subchapter I of chapter 57 of title 5, while away from their homes or regular places of business in the performance of service for the Board.</p>
