No. 2914, 15 F.R. 9029, 64 Stat. <inline class="small-caps">a</inline>. 454, set out as a note preceding <ref href="/us/usc/t50/s1">section 1 of Title 50</ref>, War and National Defense, or on such earlier date or dates as approved by Congress, but in no event beyond <date date="1953-07-01">July 1, 1953</date>.</p>
