<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idad7ed61a-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134"><num value="16134">§ 16134.</num><heading> Evaluation and report</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idad7ed61b-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 1 year after the date on which funds are made available under this part, and biennially thereafter, the Administrator shall submit to Congress a report evaluating the implementation of the programs under this part.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idad7ed61c-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Inclusions</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The report shall include a description of—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed61d-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the total number of grant applications received;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed61e-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> each grant, rebate, or loan made under this part, including the amount of the grant, rebate, or loan;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed61f-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> each project for which a grant, rebate, or loan is provided under this part, including the criteria used to select the grant, rebate, or loan recipients;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed620-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> the actual and estimated air quality and diesel fuel conservation benefits, cost-effectiveness, and cost-benefits of the grant, rebate, and loan programs under this part;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed621-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/5"><num value="5">(5)</num><content> the problems encountered by projects for which a grant, rebate, or loan is provided under this part;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed622-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/6"><num value="6">(6)</num><content> any other information the Administrator considers to be appropriate; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idad7ed623-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16134/b/7"><num value="7">(7)</num><content> in the last report sent to Congress before <date date="2016-01-01">January 1, 2016</date>, an analysis of the need to continue the program, including an assessment of the size of the vehicle and engine fleet that could provide benefits from being retrofit under this program and a description of the number and types of applications that were not granted in the preceding year.</content>
