<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="id8fd5131e-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16460"><num value="16460">§ 16460.</num><heading> Implementation</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than 4 months after <date date="2005-08-08">August 8, 2005</date>, the Commission shall—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8fd5131f-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16460/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> issue such regulations as may be necessary or appropriate to implement this part (other than <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s16453">section 16453 of this title</ref>, relating to State access to books and records); and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8fd51320-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s16460/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> submit to Congress detailed recommendations on technical and conforming amendments to Federal law necessary to carry out this part and the amendments made by this part.</content>
