L. 110–140</ref>, set out as a note under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t2/s1824\">section 1824 of Title 2</ref>, The Congress.</p>\n</note>\n<note style=\"-uslm-lc:I74\" topic=\"miscellaneous\" id=\"id8fe1217d-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\"><heading class=\"centered smallCaps\">Waiver Authority for Alternative Fuel Procurement Requirement</heading><p><ref href=\"/us/pl/114/328/dA/tIII/s312\">Pub. L. 114–328, div.
