Foods available under <ref href=\"/us/usc/t7/s1431\">section 1431 of title 7</ref> or purchased under section 612c or 1446a–1 of title 7, may be donated by the Secretary to schools, in accordance with the needs as determined by local school authorities, for utilization in their feeding programs under this chapter.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id41ce9e25-3271-11e3-ab2f-8f7fedb88afd\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/89/642/s8\">Pub.
