Subsec. (a) was repealed and reenacted as <ref href=\"/us/usc/t51/s71101\">section 71101 of Title 51</ref>, National and Commercial Space Programs, by <ref href=\"/us/pl/111/314\">Pub. L. 111–314</ref>, §§ 3, 6, <date date=\"2010-12-18\">Dec. 18, 2010</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/124/3328\">124 Stat. 3328</ref>, 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec.
