L. 110–422, title XI, § 1102</ref>, <date date="2008-10-15">Oct. 15, 2008</date>, <ref href="/us/stat/122/4808">122 Stat. 4808</ref>, which related to initiation of discussions on development of framework for space traffic management, was repealed in part and transferred in part. Subsec. (b) was repealed and reenacted as <ref href="/us/usc/t51/s71302">section 71302 of Title 51</ref>, National and Commercial Space Programs, by <ref href="/us/pl/111/314">Pub. L. 111–314</ref>, §§ 3, 6, <date date="2010-12-18">Dec. 18, 2010</date>, <ref href="/us/stat/124/3328">124 Stat. 3328</ref>, 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec. (a), which provided congressional finding of need for space traffic management, was transferred and is set out as a note under <ref href="/us/usc/t51/s71302">section 71302 of Title 51</ref>.</p>
