Subsec. (c) was repealed and reenacted as <ref href=\"/us/usc/t51/s60506\">section 60506 of Title 51</ref>, National and Commercial Space Programs, by <ref href=\"/us/pl/111/314\">Pub. L. 111–314</ref>, §§ 3, 6, <date date=\"2010-12-18\">Dec. 18, 2010</date>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/124/3328\">124 Stat. 3328</ref>, 3444, which Act enacted Title 51. Subsec. (a), which provided sense of Congress regarding NASA’s posture toward scientific research, and subsec.
