These instructions shall require such grantees to obtain written approval of the school board or comparable authority responsible for the schools prior to the involvement of such students.</p>\n</content><sourceCredit id=\"id8caa12af-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/95/99/s8\">Pub.
