Among other things, these regulations shall provide for the prior consultation by the Commission with the Department of State, the Department of Energy, the Department of Defense, and the Department of Commerce.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idfe04adc7-56c8-11ec-9566-911c4a08b7c9\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s2139a/c\"><num value=\"c\">(c)</num><content> The President, within not more than one hundred and twenty days after <date date=\"1978-03-10\">March 10, 1978</date>, shall publish procedures regarding the control by the Department of Commerce over all export items, other than those licensed by the Commission, which could be, if used for purposes other than those for which the export is intended, of significance for nuclear explosive purposes.
