Effective Date of Repeal[Pub. L. 109–58, title VI, § 637(c)], Aug. 8, 2005, [119 Stat. 791], provided that: “The amendments made by this section [amending [section 2214 of this title] and repealing this section] take effect on October 1, 2006.”
