Effective Date of Repeal[Pub. L. 91–211, title I, § 104], Mar. 13, 1970, [84 Stat. 55], provided that the repeal by that section is effective with respect to projects under subchapter II of this chapter or part A of subchapter III of this chapter approved after June 30, 1970.
