<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The State agency shall give priority, in carrying out this part, to areas of the State—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8d3254b4-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3030n/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> which are medically underserved; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8d3254b5-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3030n/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> in which there are a large number of older individuals who have the greatest economic need for such services.</content>
