<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idaac77e92-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3056i"><num value="3056i">§ 3056i.</num><heading> Coordination with the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaac77e93-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3056i/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> Partners</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Grantees under this subchapter shall be one-stop partners as described in subparagraphs (A) and (B)(v) of section 121(b)(1) of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t29/s3151/b/1">29 U.S.C. 3151(b)(1)</ref>] in the one-stop delivery system established under section 121(e) of such Act [<ref href="/us/usc/t29/s3151/e">29 U.S.C. 3151(e)</ref>] for the appropriate local workforce development areas, and shall carry out the responsibilities relating to such partners.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaac77e94-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3056i/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Coordination</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">In local workforce investment areas where more than 1 grantee under this subchapter provides services, the grantees shall—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaac77e95-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3056i/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> coordinate their activities related to the one-stop delivery systems; and</content>
