<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="iddf5fb920-75c9-11ea-ab93-c45e2e133810" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3058f/3"><num value="3" class="bold">(3)</num><heading class="bold"> Local Ombudsman entity</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">The term “local Ombudsman entity” means an entity designated under <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s3058g/a/5/A">section 3058g(a)(5)(A) of this title</ref> to carry out the duties described in <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s3058g/a/5/B">section 3058g(a)(5)(B) of this title</ref> with respect to a planning and service area or other substate area.</p>
