<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Assistant Secretary shall issue and periodically update regulations respecting—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="id8d3e3bb8-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3058h/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> conflicts of interest by persons described in subparagraphs (A) and (B) of <ref href="/us/usc/t42/s3058g/f/1">section 3058g(f)(1) of this title</ref>; and</content>
