<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idaad4c48c-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213"><num value="3213">§ 3213.</num><heading> Annual report to Congress</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaad4c48d-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Not later than <date date="2000-07-01">July 1, 2000</date>, and July 1 of each year thereafter, the Secretary shall submit to Congress a comprehensive and detailed annual report on the activities of the Secretary under this chapter during the most recently completed fiscal year.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaad4eb9e-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Inclusions</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Each report required under subsection (a) shall—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad4eb9f-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> include a list of all grant recipients by State, including the projected private sector dollar to Federal dollar investment ratio for each grant recipient;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad4eba0-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><chapeau> include a discussion of any private sector leveraging goal with respect to grants awarded to—</chapeau><subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idaad4eba1-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/b/2/A"><num value="A">(A)</num><content> rural and urban economically distressed areas; and</content>

<subparagraph style="-uslm-lc:I13" class="indent2" id="idaad4eba2-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3213/b/2/B"><num value="B">(B)</num><content> highly distressed areas; and</content>
