<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idaad512e0-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217"><num value="3217">§ 3217.</num><heading> Maintenance and public inspection of list of approved applications for financial assistance</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaad512e1-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Secretary shall—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad512e2-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> maintain as a permanent part of the records of the Department a list of applications approved for financial assistance under this chapter; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad512e3-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> make the list available for public inspection during the regular business hours of the Department.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idaad512e4-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Additions to list</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The following information shall be added to the list maintained under subsection (a) as soon as an application described in subsection (a)(1) is approved:</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad512e5-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> The name of the applicant and, in the case of a corporate application, the name of each officer and director of the corporation.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad539f6-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/b/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> The amount and duration of the financial assistance for which application is made.</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idaad539f7-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s3217/b/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> The purposes for which the proceeds of the financial assistance are to be used.</content>
