F, title II, § 100242, July 6, 2012, 126 Stat. 962.)","seq_in_title":3957,"parent_identifier":"/us/usc/t42/ch50/schI","ancestors":[{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42","level":"title","num":"Title 42—","heading":"THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/ch50","level":"chapter","num":"CHAPTER 50—","heading":"NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE","status":null,"is_section":false},{"identifier":"/us/usc/t42/ch50/schI","level":"subchapter","num":"SUBCHAPTER I—","heading":"THE NATIONAL FLOOD INSURANCE PROGRAM","status":null,"is_section":false}],"xml":"<section xmlns=\"http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0\" xmlns:xsi=\"http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance\" xmlns:dc=\"http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/\" xmlns:dcterms=\"http://purl.org/dc/terms/\" style=\"-uslm-lc:I80\" id=\"idaaf963ed-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4032\"><num value=\"4032\">§ 4032.</num><heading> Treatment of swimming pool enclosures outside of hurricane season</heading><subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idaaf963ee-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4032/a\"><num value=\"a\" class=\"bold\">(a)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> In general</heading><chapeau style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Notwithstanding any other provision of law, including the adequate land use and control measures developed pursuant to <ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s4102\">section 4102 of this title</ref> and applicable to non-one- and two-family structures located within coastal areas, as identified by the Administrator, the following may be permitted:</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idaaf963ef-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4032/a/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> Nonsupporting breakaway walls in the space below the lowest elevated floor of a building, if the space is used solely for a swimming pool between November 30 and June 1 of any year, in an area designated as Zone V on a flood insurance rate map.</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idaaf963f0-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4032/a/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> Openings in walls in the space below the lowest elevated floor of a building, if the space is used solely for a swimming pool between November 30 and June 1 of any year, in an area designated as Zone A on a flood insurance rate map.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"idaaf963f1-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4032/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Rule of construction</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">Nothing in subsection (a) shall be construed to alter the terms and conditions of eligibility and insurability of coverage for a building under the standard flood insurance policy under the national flood insurance program.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"idaaf963f2-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/90/448/tXIII/s1325\">Pub.
