Such reimbursement or fees are to be used by the Agency to defray the costs of use by outside groups or individuals.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id29140143-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4370/b\"><num value=\"b\" class=\"bold\">(b)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Rules and regulations</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">The Administrator may promulgate regulations to cover such use of Agency facilities in accordance with generally accepted accounting, safety, and laboratory practices.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I19\" class=\"indent2 firstIndent-2\" id=\"id29140144-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4370/c\"><num value=\"c\" class=\"bold\">(c)</num><heading class=\"bold\"> Waiver of reimbursement by Administrator</heading><content><p style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\">When he finds it is in the public interest the Administrator may waive reimbursement or fees for outside use of Agency facilities by nonprofit private or public entities.</p>\n</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id29140145-4e00-11e3-bfbc-9f3100a4b203\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/96/229/s5\">Pub.
