Appendix);</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8d8ecd52-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4370a/a/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> the Assistant Administrator provided by <ref href=\"/us/usc/t15/s2625/g\">section 2625(g) of title 15</ref>; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8d8ecd53-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4370a/a/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> the Assistant Administrator provided by <ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s6911a\">section 6911a of this title</ref>.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id8d8ecd54-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4370a/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><content> Each Assistant Administrator appointed under subsection (a) shall perform such duties as the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency may prescribe.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id8d8ecd55-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/98/80/s1\">Pub.
