<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="idab272a22-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s4370i"><num value="4370i">§ 4370i.</num><heading> Regional liaisons for minority, tribal, and low-income communities</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idab272a23-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s4370i/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency (referred to in this section as the “Administrator”) shall assign at least one employee in each regional office of the Environmental Protection Agency to serve as a liaison to minority, Tribal, and low-income communities in the relevant region.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="idab272a24-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s4370i/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Public identification</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The Administrator shall identify each regional liaison assigned under subsection (a) on the internet website of—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="idab272a25-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s4370i/b/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the relevant regional office of the Environmental Protection Agency; and</content>
