In carrying out the assessment, the Comptroller General shall—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idab4d777e-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4855/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> analyze any precedents in the insurance industry for the containment and abatement of environmental hazards, such as asbestos, in federally assisted housing;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idab4d777f-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4855/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> provide an assessment of the recent insurance experience in the public housing lead hazard identification and reduction program; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"idab4d7780-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s4855/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> recommend measures for increasing the availability of liability insurance to owners and contractors engaged in federally supported work.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"idab4d7781-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/102/550/tX/s1056\">Pub.
