<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id8dd48912-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s5206/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Debarment of persons convicted of fraudulent use of “Made in America” labels</heading><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I79" class="indent3 firstIndent-2" id="id8dd48913-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s5206/b/1"><num value="1" class="bold">(1)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1">If the Administrator of the Federal Emergency Management Agency determines that a person has been convicted of intentionally affixing a label bearing a “Made in America” inscription to any product sold in or shipped to the United States that is not made in America, the Administrator shall determine, not later than 90 days after determining that the person has been so convicted, whether the person should be debarred from contracting under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (<ref href="/us/usc/t42/s5121">42 U.S.C. 5121</ref> et seq.).</p>
