L. 93–415</ref>, was executed by repealing this section, which was <ref href="/us/pl/93/415/s506">section 506 of Pub. L. 93–415</ref>, to reflect the probable intent of Congress and the renumbering of this section from section 505 to section 506 of the Act by <ref href="/us/pl/115/385/s305">section 305 of Pub. L. 115–385</ref>. A new <ref href="/us/pl/93/415/s505">section 505 of Pub. L. 93–415</ref> was enacted by <ref href="/us/pl/115/385">Pub. L. 115–385</ref> and is classified to <ref href="/us/usc/t34/s11314">section 11314 of Title 34</ref>, Crime Control and Law Enforcement.</p>
