A Reserve established under this part is not a component of the Strategic Petroleum Reserve established under part B of this subchapter. A Reserve established under this part shall contain no more than 2 million barrels of petroleum distillate.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id8e0842c5-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s6250/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><chapeau> For the purposes of this part—</chapeau><paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8e0842c6-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s6250/b/1\"><num value=\"1\">(1)</num><content> the term “Northeast” means the States of Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey;</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8e0842c7-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s6250/b/2\"><num value=\"2\">(2)</num><content> the term “petroleum distillate” includes heating oil and diesel fuel; and</content>\n</paragraph>\n<paragraph style=\"-uslm-lc:I12\" class=\"indent1\" id=\"id8e0842c8-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s6250/b/3\"><num value=\"3\">(3)</num><content> the term “Reserve” means the Northeast Home Heating Oil Reserve established under this part.</content>\n</paragraph>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id8e0842c9-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/94/163/tI/s181\">Pub.
