<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="ida6c9c3d6-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669"><num value="669">§ 669.</num><heading> Collection and reporting of child support enforcement data</heading><subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida6c9c3d7-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/a"><num value="a" class="bold">(a)</num><heading class="bold"> In general</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">With respect to each type of service described in subsection (b), the Secretary shall collect and maintain up-to-date statistics, by State, and on a fiscal year basis, on—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida6c9c3d8-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/a/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> the number of cases in the caseload of the State agency administering the plan approved under this part in which the service is needed; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida6c9c3d9-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/a/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> the number of such cases in which the service has actually been provided.</content>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida6c9c3da-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Types of services</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The statistics required by subsection (a) shall be separately stated with respect to paternity establishment services and child support obligation establishment services.</p>

<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="ida6c9eaeb-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/c"><num value="c" class="bold">(c)</num><heading class="bold"> Types of service recipients</heading><chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">The statistics required by subsection (a) shall be separately stated with respect to—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida6c9eaec-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/c/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> recipients of assistance under a State program funded under part A or of payments or services under a State plan approved under part E; and</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida6c9eaed-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s669/c/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> individuals who are not such recipients.</content>
