The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development shall provide the Secretary with any necessary technical assistance in the development of such standards. All other responsibilities, pursuant to title III of the Energy Conservation and Production Act [<ref href=\"/us/usc/t42/s6831\">42 U.S.C. 6831</ref> et seq.], shall remain with the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, except that the Secretary shall be kept fully and currently informed of the implementation of the promulgated standards.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"id8e5aa8b7-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s7154/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><content> There is hereby transferred to, and vested in, the Secretary the functions vested in the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to <ref href=\"/us/usc/t12/s1701z–8\">section 1701z–8 of title 12</ref>.</content>\n</subsection>\n<sourceCredit id=\"id8e5aa8b8-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f\">(<ref href=\"/us/pl/95/91/tIII/s304\">Pub.
