Unexpended funds transferred pursuant to this subsection shall only be used for the purposes for which the funds were originally authorized and appropriated.</content>\n</subsection>\n<subsection style=\"-uslm-lc:I11\" class=\"indent0\" id=\"idac23b257-09a0-11eb-a85b-f5cef3d06f4d\" identifier=\"/us/usc/t42/s7291/b\"><num value=\"b\">(b)</num><content> Positions expressly specified by statute or reorganization plan to carry out function <ref class=\"footnoteRef\" idref=\"fn003502\">1</ref><note type=\"footnote\" id=\"fn003502\"><num>1</num> So in original.
