<subsection style="-uslm-lc:I19" class="indent2 firstIndent-2" id="id8e92cfdd-86fb-11e9-b915-8b3e54686b9f" identifier="/us/usc/t42/s7523/b"><num value="b" class="bold">(b)</num><heading class="bold"> Actions brought by or in name of United States; subpenas</heading><content><p style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">Actions to restrain such violations shall be brought by and in the name of the United States. In any such action, subpenas for witnesses who are required to attend a district court in any district may run into any other district.</p>
