<section xmlns="http://xml.house.gov/schemas/uslm/1.0" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" xmlns:dcterms="http://purl.org/dc/terms/" style="-uslm-lc:I80" id="ida243c082-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802"><num value="802">§ 802.</num><heading> Definitions</heading>
<chapeau style="-uslm-lc:I11" class="indent0">As used in this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates, the term—</chapeau><paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e793-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/1"><num value="1">(1)</num><content> “Association” means the United States Railway Association;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e794-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/2"><num value="2">(2)</num><content> “Commission” means the Interstate Commerce Commission;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e795-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/3"><num value="3">(3)</num><content> “Corporation” means the Consolidated Rail Corporation;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e796-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/4"><num value="4">(4)</num><content> “final system plan” means the final system plan and any additions thereto adopted by the Association pursuant to the Regional Rail Reorganization Act of 1973 (<ref href="/us/usc/t45/s701">45 U.S.C. 701</ref> et seq.);</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e797-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/5"><num value="5">(5)</num><content> “includes” and variants thereof should be read as if the phrase “but is not limited to” were also set forth;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e798-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/6"><num value="6">(6)</num><content> “Office” means the Rail Services Planning Office of the Commission;</content>
</paragraph>
<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e799-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/7"><num value="7">(7)</num><content> “railroad” has the meaning given that term in <ref href="/us/usc/t49/s20102">section 20102 of title 49</ref>; and</content>

<paragraph style="-uslm-lc:I12" class="indent1" id="ida243e79a-22ee-11e8-a37c-fec0a7cc922f" identifier="/us/usc/t45/s802/8"><num value="8">(8)</num><content> “Secretary” means the Secretary of Transportation or his designated representative.</content>
