II, title V, § 511, <ref href=\"/us/stat/47/417\">47 Stat. 417</ref>, abolished Radio Division of Department of Commerce and transferred its powers and duties to Federal Radio Commission.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 83b, <ref href=\"/us/act/1932-06-30/ch314\">act June 30, 1932, ch. 314</ref>, pt. II, title V, § 512, <ref href=\"/us/stat/47/417\">47 Stat. 417</ref>, transferred officers and employees of Radio Division to Federal Radio Commission.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 83c, <ref href=\"/us/act/1932-06-30/ch314\">act June 30, 1932, ch. 314</ref>, pt.
