<ref href=\"/us/act/1926-06-18/ch621\">June 18, 1926, ch. 621</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/44/752\">44 Stat. 752</ref>, empowered Secretary to set aside fishing areas, prescribed closed seasons, and to place limitations on catch.</p>\n<p style=\"-uslm-lc:I21\" class=\"indent0\">Section 222, acts <ref href=\"/us/act/1924-06-06/ch272/s1\">June 6, 1924, ch. 272, § 1</ref>, <ref href=\"/us/stat/43/464\">43 Stat. 464</ref>;
