<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 302, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/38/305">38 Stat. 305</ref>, which authorized construction and maintenance of telegraph and telephone lines, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975a">section 975a of Title 43</ref>, Public Lands.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 302a, <ref href="/us/act/1900-05-26/ch586">act May 26, 1900, ch. 586</ref>, <ref href="/us/stat/31/206">31 Stat. 206</ref>, which prohibited establishment of telegraph or cable lines by foreigners, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t47/s17">section 17 of Title 47</ref>, Telecommunications, and was subsequently repealed.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 303, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/38/305">38 Stat. 305</ref>, which empowered the President to designate town sites, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975b">section 975b of Title 43</ref>, Public Lands, and was subsequently repealed by <ref href="/us/pl/94/579">Pub. L. 94–579</ref>, § 704(a), <date date="1976-10-21">Oct. 21, 1976</date>, <ref href="/us/stat/90/2792">90 Stat. 2792</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 304, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/38/505">38 Stat. 505</ref>, which related to terminals, stations, and rights of way, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975c">section 975c of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 305, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/38/505">38 Stat. 505</ref>, which required patents to reserve rights of way to the United States, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975d">section 975d of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 306, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 3, <ref href="/us/stat/38/307">38 Stat. 307</ref>, which provided for disposition of proceeds of lease or sale of public lands, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975e">section 975e of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 307, act <date date="1914-03-12">Mar. 12, 1914</date>, ch. § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/38/305">38 Stat. 305</ref>, which authorized and empowered the President to carry out the provisions dealing with the establishment of public utilities, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975f">section 975f of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 308, <ref href="/us/act/1914-03-12/ch37">act Mar. 12, 1914, ch. 37</ref>, § 4, <ref href="/us/stat/38/307">38 Stat. 307</ref>, which made mandatory certain annual reports to the President by officers, agents, or agencies covering their activities in connection with the construction and development of public utilities, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s975g">section 975g of Title 43</ref>.</p>
