<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 353a, <ref href="/us/act/1938-05-31/ch304">act May 31, 1938, ch. 304</ref>, <ref href="/us/stat/52/593">52 Stat. 593</ref>, which authorized Secretary of the Interior to reserve tracts in Alaska for school, hospitals, etc. for the Indians, Eskimos, and Aleuts of Alaska, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t25/s497">section 497 of Title 25</ref>, Indians, and was subsequently repealed by <ref href="/us/pl/94/579">Pub. L. 94–579</ref>, § 704(a), <date date="1976-10-21">Oct. 21, 1976</date>, <ref href="/us/stat/90/2792">90 Stat. 2792</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 354, <ref href="/us/act/1915-03-04/ch181">act Mar. 4, 1915, ch. 181</ref>, § 2, <ref href="/us/stat/38/1215">38 Stat. 1215</ref>, which set aside a site for an agricultural college and school of mines, is set out as note under <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s852">section 852 of Title 43</ref>, Public Lands.</p>

<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 355e, <ref href="/us/act/1948-02-26/ch72">act Feb. 26, 1948, ch. 72</ref>, <ref href="/us/stat/62/35">62 Stat. 35</ref>, which permitted the holding of town-site lands under unrestricted deeds by Alaska natives under certain conditions, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s737">section 737 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 356, <ref href="/us/act/1900-06-06/ch786">act June 6, 1900, ch. 786</ref>, § 27, <ref href="/us/stat/31/330">31 Stat. 330</ref>, which prohibited the disturbing of the occupancy of lands being occupied by Indians or other persons conducting schools or missions but expressly cautioned against a construction of this section which might serve to place in force in the Territory the general land laws of the United States, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t25/s280a">section 280a of Title 25</ref>, Indians.</p>

<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 358a, <ref href="/us/act/1936-05-01/ch254">act May 1, 1936, ch. 254</ref>, § 2, <ref href="/us/stat/49/1250">49 Stat. 1250</ref>, which authorized the designation of land for the use of Indians or Eskimos, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t25/s496">section 496 of Title 25</ref>, and was subsequently repealed by <ref href="/us/pl/94/579">Pub. L. 94–579</ref>, § 704(a), <date date="1976-10-21">Oct. 21, 1976</date>, <ref href="/us/stat/90/2792">90 Stat. 2792</ref>.</p>

<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 360, <ref href="/us/act/1926-07-03/ch745">act July 3, 1926, ch. 745</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/44/821">44 Stat. 821</ref>, which authorized the leasing of land for the purpose of fur farming, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s687c">section 687c of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 361, <ref href="/us/act/1926-07-03/ch745">act July 3, 1926, ch. 745</ref>, § 2, <ref href="/us/stat/44/822">44 Stat. 822</ref>, which authorized the Secretary of the Interior to perform any and all acts necessary to carry into effect the provisions of section 360, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s687c–1">section 687c–1 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 362, <ref href="/us/act/1936-05-01/ch254">act May 1, 1936, ch. 254</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/49/1250">49 Stat. 1250</ref>, which called for the application to the Territory of certain statutes dealing with the conservation of Indian lands and allowed the organization of groups of Indians not recognized as bands or tribes, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t25/s473a">section 473a of Title 25</ref>, Indians, prior to editorial reclassification and renumbering as <ref href="/us/usc/t25/s5119">section 5119 of Title 25</ref>.</p>
