<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 411, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 2, <ref href="/us/stat/30/409">30 Stat. 409</ref>, which granted railroads rights of way, reserved mineral interests therein, and directed posting of schedules of rates, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–1">section 942–1 of Title 43</ref>, Public Lands.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 412, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 3, <ref href="/us/stat/30/410">30 Stat. 410</ref>, which provided for rights of several roads through canyons, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–2">section 942–2 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 413, acts <ref href="/us/act/1864-06-02/ch216">June 2, 1864, ch. 216</ref>, § 3, <ref href="/us/stat/13/357">13 Stat. 357</ref>; <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 4, <ref href="/us/stat/30/410">30 Stat. 410</ref>, which granted the right of condemnation to railroads, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–3">section 942–3 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 414, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 4, <ref href="/us/stat/30/410">30 Stat. 410</ref>, which related to the effect of filing of the preliminary survey, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–4">section 942–4 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 415, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 5, <ref href="/us/stat/30/410">30 Stat. 410</ref>, which required railroads to file maps of the location of their roads, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–5">section 942–5 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 416, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 6, <ref href="/us/stat/30/411">30 Stat. 411</ref>, which provided for right of way for wagon roads, wire rope, aerial, or other tramways, reserved mineral interests, and limited tolls, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–6">section 942–6 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 417, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 7, <ref href="/us/stat/30/412">30 Stat. 412</ref>, which made sections 411 to 419, 421, 423, and 461 to 465 of this title inapplicable to military parks, Indian, and other reservations, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–7">section 942–7 of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 418, <ref href="/us/act/1898-05-14/ch299">act May 14, 1898, ch. 299</ref>, § 8, <ref href="/us/stat/30/412">30 Stat. 412</ref>, which reserved the right of repeal or amendment, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s942–8">section 942–8 of Title 43</ref>.</p>

<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 420, <ref href="/us/act/1956-08-01/ch848">act Aug. 1, 1956, ch. 848</ref>, § 1, <ref href="/us/stat/70/898">70 Stat. 898</ref>, which related to public lands within highway, telephone, and pipeline withdrawals and authorized amendment of land description of claim or entry on adjoining lands, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s971a">section 971a of Title 43</ref>.</p>
<p style="-uslm-lc:I21" class="indent0">Section 420a, <ref href="/us/act/1956-08-01/ch848">act Aug. 1, 1956, ch. 848</ref>, § 2, <ref href="/us/stat/70/898">70 Stat. 898</ref>, which permitted the Secretary to sell restored lands and granted preference rights, was transferred to <ref href="/us/usc/t43/s971b">section 971b of Title 43</ref>.</p>
